Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

When RSVPing through the website, you’ll have the option to add your invited plus one. Your plus one does not need to submit a separate RSVP.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults. Enjoy a child-free night and come celebrate with us!

You bet! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

Yes, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

Yes! Hotel Vin offers valet parking for $30.00 and guest parking for $15.00 a day for self-parking on the property's lot. If you are not staying at Hotel Vin, we encourage Uber or Lyft to ensure everyone gets home safely! However, there are options around the hotel for self-parking at no cost as well.

We kindly ask you to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) is the closest and most convenient airport for our wedding. It’s the only commercial airport in NWA and is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from Hotel Vin and most hotels in the area.
